Saro Idiyappam



A culinary special in southern India and Srilanka, made of rice flour, salt and water, this delicacy has found various names in Southern India.


Laced shaped, the ready to eat Idiyappam it is called Noolappam in four languages in India. This delicious treat is best served with a curry (veg or non veg). You could have it with sweetened milk, commonly found in the Malabar region.
